StrideStride Order

For restaurant groups, 1–50 branches

Your app. Your customers.
No commission.

Every order through an aggregator costs you a cut of the bill and tells you nothing about who placed it. Stride Order is the same operation run under your own name — and you keep all of it.

The customer app

in your own app.

This is the customer app, running here on a sample menu. Add dishes, place the order, watch it go to the kitchen. On the real thing every screen carries your name instead of ours.

What you get

A whole delivery operation,
with your name on it.

01 · The margin

Stop paying for the same order twice.

You already paid to make the food and paid the driver. The commission is a third cut, taken off the top of a bill you earned — and it grows exactly as fast as you do. A good month costs you more.

Stride Order is a flat monthly fee per branch. Double your orders and you pay the same. Every extra pound of that growth stays with you.

  • No percentage of any order, ever
  • A cost you can predict a year out
  • Set your own delivery fees and keep them

02 · The relationship

Own the customer, not just the sale.

On an aggregator, the customer is theirs. They know who orders from you, how often, what they like and when they stop. You get a payout summary. The day the commission goes up or a competitor pays for better placement, none of that demand is yours to keep.

With your own app, every customer who orders is on your list — with their history, their favourites and their address book.

  • Your customer list, in your own account
  • Order history you can actually use
  • Nobody else advertising to your customers

03 · The apps

Four screens, and all of them say your name.

A customer app in your branding, in your own store listing. A driver app for your riders. A kitchen screen that shows the ticket the second an order is accepted. And a back office where you run the menu, the branches, the prices and the day.

Nothing anywhere says Stride. That is the point of it.

  • Your logo, your colours, your app name
  • iPhone and Android, plus web for the office
  • One system behind all of them
03 / Also in the boxThe operation behind the order

And the two that decide
whether tonight goes well.

04 · The operation

Every branch, run the way it actually works.

Branches are never identical, so each one gets its own menu, prices, opening hours and sold-out items. Draw the area each branch delivers to on a map, and an address sends itself to the right kitchen — or tells the customer before checkout that nobody covers them.

When a branch is slammed, mark it busy and the promised time stretches. When it needs to stop, pause it without closing the app.

  • Delivery areas drawn on a map, per branch
  • Live map of every driver, with route history
  • Cash-on-delivery counted per driver at handover

05 · Growth

Bring people back on purpose.

Because the order history is yours, you can do something with it. Build a group from what people actually ordered — everyone who used to order weekly and stopped, everyone who only ever buys from one branch — and send them an offer worth coming back for.

Loyalty points, coupon codes, birthday offers and per-branch promotions, all running off the same customer list.

  • Target by spend, frequency, branch or item
  • Push notifications straight to your own app
  • See what each campaign actually brought back

That last row is real, and we will not pretend otherwise. Aggregators are good at putting you in front of people who have never heard of you. Most of our clients keep a listing for discovery and move their regulars — the people who already know what they want — onto their own app, where the order is worth more.

Questions

The things people ask first.

What does it cost?

A one-off setup for your branding and the store listings, then a flat monthly fee per active branch. No percentage of anything. Tell us your branch count on WhatsApp and you will get the number in the first conversation.

How long until we’re live?

Setting up your system, branding, branches, menu and delivery areas is the quick part. The longer wait is usually the app stores reviewing your apps. We will give you a realistic date once we know your setup.

Do we have to leave the aggregators?

No, and most people shouldn’t straight away. They are good at bringing you customers who have never heard of you. The move is to keep that, and give your regulars a reason to order direct instead.

Do we need our own drivers?

Yes — Stride Order runs your fleet, it does not supply one. If you already deliver yourself, this replaces the phone calls and the guesswork with a proper dispatch screen.

Can customers pay by card?

Today the system is built around cash on delivery, counted per driver and reconciled at handover, because that is how most of our clients are actually paid. Tell us what you need and we will be straight with you about what it takes.

What if we have one branch, not ten?

That works. The system is built for groups up to about fifty branches, but a single busy restaurant with its own drivers is a perfectly normal starting point.

Need the till as well as the delivery?Stride POS is our point of sale — it keeps selling when the internet goes down.

Tell us how many branches you run and whether you deliver yourself. We will walk you through the customer app, the kitchen screen and the dispatch map with your menu loaded — and give you a price in the same conversation.
